License to Construct is a Belgian company investing in real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Capiva Plus Fund SCSp SICAV RAIF, a Luxembourg-based investment fund that invests in real estate as well as Private Equity & Debt, is the major shareholder with 65%.

Over the years, License to Construct has been able to build up a large portfolio consisting mainly of commercial but also residential properties. Its active market approach, solvent partner(s) and energetic team enable License to Construct to acquire small, complex and large projects.

We are interested in commercial property, in all its forms, in the Netherlands and Luxembourg and/or residential property in Belgium. We are also interested in leased petrol stations, hotels and other business premises. Acquisition volumes per object between € 2,000,000 and € 10,000,000.

License to Construct has a long-term vision, so we keep most buildings for the long term.

2. How much: Between €2,000,000 - €10,000,000).
