DLPA assists us with all our legal Due Diligence and legal issues. The law firm was founded in 1975 and over the years has grown into one of the largest law firms in West Flanders.

Stadim

Stadim is a progressive and independent real estate consultancy active in the Benelux region. They analyse, value and advise on all types of real estate. Stadim works independently and is recognised by all Belgian banks. Stadim is a member of a European alliance of leading independent valuation firms (European Valuers' Alliance). Their valuations are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the 2021 RICS Valuation -Global Standards and the guidelines of the 2021 International Valuation Standards (IVS). Ruitenbeek Real Estate is the permanent advisor for License to Construct for all Dutch real estate purchases.

Capiva Plus Fund is an open-ended fund established in 2018 in Luxembourg. The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth. It invests primarily in real estate in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. It invests secondarily in Private Equity in the same region. Both directly and indirectly, in all types of bonds and/or shares, but also in other debt securities issued by such companies.
