On behalf of the EREIP V fund, M7 Real Estate Ltd has sold the building of 2,730 m² l.f.a. and 44 parking spaces to License to Construct Nederland B.V. The building was built in 2002, fully (long-term) leased to various tenants and has energy label A++.
M7 Real Estate Ltd was commercially advised by Prime Realty Partners in cooperation with CBRE Nederland and legally by Loyens& Loeff. The buyer was advised commercially by Ruitenbeek Real Estate(commercial), SGS Search (technical), Florent (legal) and by Van Hengstum & StolpNetwerknotarissen (notarial).
