License to Construct successfully acquired the iconic Lavallée office building in Brussels through a share acquisition.
The building of approximately 15,700 m² & 137 parking spaces is fully leased to the Walloon Government and is currently undergoing an investment program aimed at achieving BREEAM Very Good certification. This transaction fits within License to Construct's buy & hold strategy, with a focus on making our buildings more sustainable and a long-term relationship with our tenants & stakeholders.
