New purchase License to Construct July 2022

License to Construct has realized a new purchase, namely an office / business property at Nijverheidsweg 1 in Assen.

The property has a size of approximately 2,850 m² gross floor area and was built in the year 2007. Since its construction, the property has always been used by various sports related companies. Currently Basic Fit Nederland has a long-term commitment to this location, which has been established here since 2019.
