License to Construct Netherlands expands portfolio with office building in Noordwijk
License to Construct has expanded its Dutch portfolio with a high-quality office property at Jonckerweg 11-20 in Noordwijk.
The gas-free building has a total lettable floor area of 4,243 m2 and was built in 2011/2012 by the vendor Van der Wiel Bouw. The property is almost fully let and has several users including Noort Interieur, Pepperflow and MTH Moore as well as some parties using a Flex concept called Crosspoint Office.
The seller was assisted by BM Bedrijfsmakelaars (Lisse) and the buyer by Ruitenbeek Real Estate (commercial), SGS Search (technical) and by Van Hengstum & Stolp Netwerknotarissen (notarial).
